I've spent more than a decade as the person behind the scenes — reconciling the books, running payroll, building the HR systems, fixing the processes that were quietly breaking. In real small businesses, the kind where one person wears ten hats and the margin for error is thin.
What I saw over and over: women who were exceptional at their actual work — the clinic, the studio, the practice, the service — slowly buried under the operational side. Not because they couldn't do it, but because it wasn't theirs to do.
So I built LLH Consulting. I take the whole back office off her plate and run it cold. Not as a consultant who hands over advice and disappears — as the operator who actually does the work.
